Orford Refrigeration offers a one year + one year (2 year total), parts and labour warranty on the following models.  Terms and Conditions apply.

- EBxxR-Sn-Chocolate models
- EBxxR-Sn-PT-C Rear Loading Models
- FMBxx-B / Sn-B models
- GDMxx models
- FMLxx models

On receipt of your Orford Refrigeration Fridge or Freezer, please refer to the Installation and Operating Manual. Complete the required information that will need to be passed onto Orford Refrigeration in the event of a service call. 

This information will be required for Warranty Service work to be authorized.  Please complete and email to warranty@orford.com.au to register for warranty.

Warranty Coverage – 2 Years Parts & Labour (conditions apply)
The standard Orford Refrigeration Parts and Labour Warranty is One (1) year.
A second (2nd) year Parts and Labour Warranty is available on the following models for customers who qualify:
- EBxxR-Sn-C models
- EBxxR-Sn-Flower models
- EBxxR-Sn-Chocolate models
- EBxxR-Sn-PT-C Rear Loading Models
- FMBxx-B / Sn-B models
- GDMxx models
- FMLxx models

To qualify for the second year (2) of warranty,

1. At the 12th month of ownership, a copy of a 12 month Service Report completed by a Qualified Refrigeration Technician is to be emailed to warranty@orford.com.au  

       2.  Once Orford Refrigeration can verify the Technician and review the service report, we will notify you if the warranty has been extended for the second year

This warranty applies for calls of a breakdown service nature only, for problems of manufacturing origin. Recalls, customer related problems (power supply fluctuations, thermostat adjustments, overstocking and over loading of shelves / baskets, choked condenser etc) and any other non warranty nature calls will be charged to the service call originator at normal full rates, payable at the time of the service call.
This warranty is voided, if the equipment has not been properly maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions supplied with the equipment, or the equipment has been subject to power supply fluctuations, misused or transported in a manner which could prejudice the correct operation of the appliance.
Warranty is voided if work is undertaken without the permission of Orford Refrigeration.
Orford Refrigeration does not reimburse or pay for costs relating to travel time, callout or attendance fees, overtime / penalty or premium labour rates or any other costs incurred or charged.
Orford Refrigeration does not reimburse for loss of stock, damage or expense directly or indirectly incurred.
Orford Refrigeration does not cover travel time in excess of one (1) hour and does not cover any work performed on equipment which is located OFF the Australian Mainland or Mainland Tasmania.
Orford Refrigeration does not cover labour costs of maintaining, adjusting or cleaning. Orford does not accept the cost of work undertaken without the permission of Orford Refrigeration.
The standard Orford Refrigeration warranty on refrigeration cabinets and ice machines is 12 months parts and labour unless expressly agreed.
This clause must be read within the context of all other clauses and not referred to exclusively.
Excluded from Orford warranty are all consumable items such as glass, gaskets, lights, elements, locks, keys, accessories, decals All warranty work must be authorised in advance by contacting the Customer Service Department on
